Usually I have my hair fairly short and geled up at the front. I like keeping it basic and simple. But lately some female friends thought I should leave my hair grow a bit(they say I have the potential to be/similarities to Robert Patinson(dude from Twilight) but in reality they are dreaming!) But now that my hair has grown, I'm not too sure what to do with it. I can't really gel up the fringe now cos its too long and droops over.

I'm thinking of the 'crazy' hair look but whenever I do it, it seems crap. The gel I'm using(Bryl Cream wet looking gel I think) doesn't seem to do the job. Can anyone recommend a better gel/wax to achieve the 'crazy' look or else tell/show me some other styles.

I know this would be easier if I provided pics but I only got dial up(I know!:() but if it really will help I can upload some pics.

Try f1sh and in particular stonef1sh, you get it in Boots, it's great. I have really thick hair and it manages to keep my hair gelled how i like it!
