You know that overwhelming "BLAH" feeling?
Like being stuck in a rut... It's really annoying and if anything detrimental.. Dunno if it's a common ailment but it's certainly a pain.

Combination of the two really! It's like "oh this is crap I just couldn't be bothered" feeling.. That combined with LC leads to ... eurgh-ness.

i used to go for walks a lot, i lived in an area with a couple of rivers and a canal, so were a few nice nature-y walks around the place. fresh air and exercise are always good motivators, or escapes, depending on the cure required, but aside from that, going out to see mates always helped pick me up as well.

mostly just forcing yourself to do something/care about something.

So far tonight I've just been thinking way too much and blogging (the embarrassment of the whole clickity clack igeneration teenager is overwheming). All in all, could be better.

+1 for walks,or indeed any sort of exercise I find helps when you feel 'blah'!

Start a new hobby as well, whatever you feel like that makes you happy!

another thing i took to doing was taking a camera with me on my walks and trying to get some nice pictures.

found that taking up some charity work helped a lot with apathy, good sense of wellbeing, empathy and helped me find some direction in life.

writing was something else that helped, write out what's on your mind, what's not on your mind, what you deem important in life, what in life means something to you ... just write, ramble, let it all come out. can be quite enlightening.
