...what the fùck does that say about those gardaì who drive their patrol cars right up your ass???

The only thing it does is panic you out, so your extra-liable to crash. Although maybe they'd prefer to be admiring a crash scene rather than chasing some real criminals.

You'd be a real badass if you started ****ing full cans of dutch gold out your window at the patrol car...

    I bent my Wookie.

Maybe they're just looking to get around you as quickly as possible. If you've nothing to be guilty about, relax.

Should have jammed on the brakes. That'll learn 'em.

You might have to say you thought you saw a child about to run out in front of you. They'd book you for not hitting a cat or dog.

Although Id have no problem hitting any of the above.

Remind me to speed up if I see you in my way.

Well I'll agree with you... they freaked me out before like this. I was flying down the motorway just at the speed limit and they start flashing their lights to get past and there's people in the left lane so I can't pull in to let them past unless I speed up and break the speed limit

    mmm cat food

Then you shouldn't have been in the overtaking lane if you weren't legally allowed to overtake those in the left lane.

You're obviously saying that those in the left lane were doing the speed limit.
So why didn't you stay behind them in the same lane ?

I was overtaking them (a number of cars) but not fast enough for the patrol car that was trying to run me off the road, I thought at first they wanted to pull me over for something the way they were jestering to me... so that means slowing down to get out of the lane I was in or do I speed up and continue my overtaking. I would have been out of their way quicker if they hadn't freaked me out.

If they had a siren on to warn drivers I would have got out of their way well before they got to the back of me... I don't know what they were playing at

If you're getting that paniced by someone driving up your hole, a daily occurence on Irish roads, you shouldn't be driving.
