Heroes gets a 4th Session

    Sci-fi TV show Heroes will return for a fourth season despite falling audience figures in the US, an NBC executive has told the Hollywood Reporter.
    Angela Bromstad said the network planned to order 18 to 20 new episodes, the industry newspaper reported.
    Heroes features characters with powers including regeneration and telepathy.
    Ratings in the US dipped from a peak of nearly 14 million during season one in 2006, to 8.5 million midway through the third season.
    The third season is still being screened in the US.
    After its first season, the show won a Golden Globe and a People's Choice Award for favourite new TV drama.
    But series two of the show split fans, with many complaining about a lack of pace and poor storylines. The show is aired on BBC Two in the UK.

    although im no where near as happy with this as i am that big bang to be given "multi year deal"!!!!

    Good news I think. I agree that the quality of it has gone downhill in a big way but frankly I'm too invested in it at this point and theres feck all else good on tv.
