Claiming 2008 tax credits

The nice folks from Revenue owe me some tax credits for the last couple of months of 2008, when I wasn't working.

Have tried to ask for a balancing statement through PAYE-Online, but it just says that the system cannot process my request because they're waiting for details from DFSA.

And I can't put in a medical expenses claim for the same period, for the same reason.

Anyone know how long this is likely to take for DFSA into to be passed to them? Will it actually happen, or do I need to ring them?

I'd say just ring them and ask for a P21 and print off the forms for your medical expenses
