Chorus & Logitech Universal Remote Problem

I recently got a Logitech Harmony universal remote, and it works great with everything excaet the chorus box. I couldn't find the model number of the Sagem box anywhere, I even rang Chorus with predictable results. I recently got a Logitech Harmony universal remote, and it works great with everything excaet the chorus box.

I couldn't find the model number of the Sagem box anywhere, I even rang Chorus with predictable results.

and I've tried the ITD58 and the IRD60 model numbers on the remote, and only a few functions work.

Anyone know the correct model number or got one of these to work? I tried the teaching thing on the remote software but it didn't work at all.

Sorry to hear that, I don't know the box model number. I have a harmony 885 and it works very well with the DVR.

Persevere it will be worth it.
