Lost all Sky channels on Wed.Screen says"No sat signal"Checked with another old Sky box, full sig strength.Rang sky,he talked me through the install menu on the Sky plus box.I reset it and all was well.He was saying a lot of folk had the same problem.I know they change the software from sat and my box was off with no phoneline connected.Hope this may be of help to anyone else with the same problem.

systemsetup,01 select, brings you to installer menu, transponder reset select. The normal transponder settings if you are receiving a picture are 111.78 V 27.5 fec 2/3.If the settings are different from these the transponder default may be selected.Fixed my problem right away.
Install menu handy if you wish to alter the rf out freq. to feed a second TV.
Hope this info acceptable to moderators?
