Quick question - Self Employed

I am currently self employed in my first 4 months of running the business. I'm told I can claim on the basis that the biz is still in its first year? Before starting this business I was employed full time. I've checked the websites but cant come up with any answers. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

best of my knowledge you cant claim SW and be working as self employed.

Best advice I can give is to call them (SW) and ask ..... simple as !
