    Hi,

I purchased an Infocus X9 projector and the fan went within two weeks. It was mounted on the ceiling and wired up to my xbox using a 10 meter long HDMI cable.

I got a replacement today and I have rigged it up again. The issue is that i can not get a HDMI signal. If i take it down and plug it into the xbox using a standard 1 meter long HDMI cable it works fine.

Do you know if there would be a software update required to let the projector work off a certain HDMI cable?

    The software version is 1.0.5.

    Thanks.

I just figured it out, i had to change a setting on the xbox to output a certain resolution.

    Thanks!
