Remap VW Bora?

    Hey guys,

    a friend of mine has a 01 Bora TDI and was thinking of upgrading the performance. He was thinking bout the usuals:
    bigger turbo
    intakes
    exhaust etc

    I'm just wondering if anyone on here has remapped a Bora and what was the result? What would you recommed?

    What variant of tdi is it, there are versions from 90bhp to 150bhp.

    A decent map will provide big gains. You'll then have to upgrade brakes and suspension. Have a look on vagdrivers.net, plenty of info there

    A guy in work used him for a 03 passat 100bhp

    upto 140hp, lovely to drive now.

    Its the 90bhp variant. He's replacing the springs in it this weekend I think.
