Turned on my Laptop today and the screen is blurry. Text is unreadable. Everything was fine yesterday. Tried powering off and on and changing the resolution and colour quality settings but no better. Any suggestions?

Is the resolution set to the highest possible? (ie the native resolution of the screen)

Try reinstalling your graphics card drivers.

What brand is this laptop? Blurring isnt usually a drivers problem as far as I know, sounds more like a hardware issue?

Iv discovered that the screen is fine when I use my laptop in a docking station. It is still blurry when used standalone, any ideas?

Does the screen resolution change when you dock it?
I have a similar laptop and use 1440 resolution, all others are blurry.

No it stays at the same resolution. I have mine set to 1290. All the rest make the blurring worse. The screen worked at different resolutions before I started having this problem.
