Decision time - either decide on making it serious or not. And if he doesn't want to, then break it off, whatever it is. He might well just see you as an easy sh@g, no offence. But best to clarify this.

You have to make a stand OP.Ye are either going to be together or you have to cut the cord.A situation like this isnt good for you obviously.
