next seasons dresses

    hey all,

    im in a pretty cool situation at the moment. My friend is doing a big modelling gig next month, and taking me with him on a weeks trip for the shoots.

    At the same time as he is doing this all the top designers are going to be shooting next seasons bridal wear (names like vera wang, christian dior etc) and my friend has arranged for me to get a fitting with them and a free dress!!

    Exciting stuff seeing as i have a budget of 5-6 grand for the entire wedding.

    I know nothing about this kind of stuff. Does anyone know what this seasons dresses are like and what styles are predicted for next season?

    Oh you lucky thing i wish i had a friend like that, couldn't tell you what is in just go with what suits your shape, go in to a bridal shop b4 you go on your day out & try on wedding dresses to give you an idea of what suits you, hope you have a brill time :)

    i know! im so excited about it.

    thanks ashlynn....thats a brill idea, i hadnt thought of that. I dont know how long they'll even give me to look at dresses, so it would be a good idea to find out what actually suits me.

    i had a look at dresses online today, and the stuff set for 2009 are so much nicer than a lot of the other stuff ive looked at.
