    Hey,
I'm looking to get some old photos copied. I was thinking of just going to a regular development place (do they even to this?) but was wondering if anyone could recommend a place to get this done at a decent value in Dublin City?

    Cheers!

I don't know of a place which would do this but can I suggest you post over on the photography forum where they are very knowledgeable on things like this.

You could just scan them. I helped do a slideshow thing for 2 mates, it was old photos of people one for an anniversary, another for a wedding. We just scanned them in and then touched them up as the originals were damaged or discoloured, faded etc.

I expect a shop might charge a fortune for such a service, anybody who is anyway handy at photoshop can easily do it. Then send them to be printed online very cheaply.

Yeah I was quoted 3Euro per photo in two places and according to some threads on the photography forum thats the going rate. Bit bloody steep. So I'm just going to get them scanned at a mates and then get them printed.
