Can anyone tell me how much it would cost to get a capet (basic) and have it installed for a 114 sq ft room - how much is that in square ft?

Difficult to get out for less then €200 complete ( nearly €2 sq ft). This would involve an empty room, no seperate underlay and no waste. So if the room is 9'
x 13' waste is negliable using 4m wide (13') carpeting
