Hi all, just wondering whats the furthest distance you can shoot accurately with a fully upgraded sniper,without going over 1j limit.:D:D:D

Depends on your defination of accurate.

I can milk 130 feet out of a DE .50 using 0.28's. It really depends on the weather conditions & how well you can shoot. 6" grouping at 130 feet.

About 35 to 40 metres. Considerably less into the wind, a metre or two further with a following wind. BBs just won't fly any further than that under the Irish power limit.

Hi Rhino what make DE do you have?

OP I've only managed an accurate 120 ft with my m4 which used to shoot at 320fps with .20g bb's so far, I don't know about the experiences other players have had

Sorry I should have been more specific in my query. I meant as in HFC, TM etc. I ask because 130 ft for a pistol is quiet impressive.

Sorry op. Turncoat the Double Eagle point 50 is a bolt action 6mm airsoft rifle. It is similar to the Swiss Arms Black Eagle M6 or the Well MB 001, but you know that already, don't you....................

In that instance, Hollywood action movie logic comes into play. Other skirmishers will form orderly queues, and make sure that you get the maximum potential from the bb's you are wildly spraying.

whats the range on a 1j m6 black eagle and is it better than a bolt action dragunov, does anyone know?

The black eagle m6 and all it's different rebrands (Stery SSG, utg m324) really are a load of cack. Stay away if you plan on doing anything other than plinking in the back yard.

The effective distance is as much down to the shooter as it is the gun, you don't need to have a sniper rifle to be accurate over long distances. My longest "1 shot kills" was in hrta from the top deck of the bus to nearly the hawks base using a m4 I built myself.
It's all down to practice and having the set up just right.

You could use the money to upgrade you existing aeg

On a really calm day with heavy BB and the hop up turned way up I can manage to hit a target at 50m, but in reality in a firefight you don't have the time to aim perfectly and hope your target doesn't move. As long as you can manage 30m reliably you'll be grand.
