some of them should work on your fx5200 as they use the quake 3 engine.
Tremulous is very good.

Urban Terror is another one thats supposed to be good, not sure on the requirements for that.

also, +1 for quake live.

try Xteel , its 3rd person but plays like first person . I like it, its a bit of fun .
