Video: Naked Short Selling to Paid Posters

It doesn't take a whole lot to impress me but I thought this video lecture was excellent. I'd strongly reccomend it.

The first half explains economic manipulation thru' naked short selling, and how it brought down Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers and has that was a catalyst for the global meltdown.

If this sounds a little dull I can assure you s not.

The second half gives details of an investigation into a "paid poster" which has been the subject of debate here, which also I found compelling.

Anyway, hope some of you can take something from it, otherwise feel free to tear it to shreds. It's expected at this stage.

Sadly, I don't have a lot of time to watch it all, so I'm just flicking quickly through it. I love how he tracks all the accounts to the Gary Weiss guy. I'll have to look through the rest when I get home.
