Drummer for South Dublin based blues band

    Hi,
    We're a S. Dublin blues band (7 piece) looking for a moderately experienced (at least) drummer who wants to play for a bit of craic. Jam every now and again and play the odd gig here and there. Purely for the love of the music.
    Lively rockin' blues.
    Age range 20s to 50s.... We don't really mind... redface.gif

    Covers, some of which are done in our own style and arrangements, in a jammed/improvised kinda way.
    We're not offering stardom or wealth, this is just for the love of the music. We don't want to be rock stars or anything, that ship has sailed. We all have full time jobs and families, this is a fairly laid back thing, as I said, just for the love of the music. Jamming and playing the odd gig now and again.

    Hi guys. Just saw your ad looking for a drummer and would like to know more. I live in Greystones and am a very experienced drummer in my 50s.
    I have bags of experience in different styles - rock/pop/country/blues/rock n roll, as well as bags of energy & enthusiasm! I have a good kit and my own transport. I haven't played live for a while, so am probably a bit rusty, but it wouldn't take long to sort that out! Good, solid no-nonsense drummer! Let me know if you still need someone.
