    Hi,

takin a long weekend up to Belfast next week and I was wondering if Ventolin is available without persrciption across the border? Im close to running out and I'm not really in the mood for forking over cash to a GP for a fresh prescription...

    Cheers

No it's prescription only in the UK including NI so a prescription is needed. Also a prescription from a doc here is not valid there and vice-versa

Your health or your wealth. You choose...

Ideally you should make sure you go and re-fill your prescription from home before you travel. However, if you run out and genuinely really need one whilst you're away, you can speak to a pharmacist up there and they will take care of it. You will more than likely be charged for it though.
