I was looking at a Jaguar X-type Estate recently, not quite right for us but was offered a cracking deal on a pre facelift, 2.2d manual LE, full leather and metallic for €29,500, over 6 grand off list. Very tempting.

If dealers have stuff in stock which is probably going to be hard to sell, there are some great deals to be had.

I've just had €14,500 off an E Class
Was offered €14,500 of a high spec Q5
Got over €15,000 off an R-Class earlier in the year

There are big discounts on the stuff that Mercedes have on the ground here. Trying to make way for the new model.

Sounds to me like there is another €1,500 of savings on this car. Phone them back and try for €28k.
