I thought there would be loads on the market, but I'm having trouble finding what I'm looking for. While there is a load of 318's, i'm looking for a nice 323 or 325 coupe 99/00/01, at a decent price - and after checking all the usual websites, there doesn't seem to be many around. Would this be correct, or are dealers/people just not paying money anymore to put cars up on the likes of carzone?

Those engine sizes were never big sellers here because of the tax.
Have a look on www.autotrader.co.uk. just had a quick look there and there's plenty on there.

With one of the worst ad's I've ever seen.

    Is it a 323Ci or 318Ci (engine size is down as 1.9l)(It's a 232Ci I can see the twin exhausts ) it's most certainly not a 323is.

Alot of after market stuff stuck onto the car, that 'M' Pack doesn't look OEM, nor does the LCD screen.

    Nice colour though

    I love this site -

The kit is genuine, the club sport splitters are genuine, the M3 CSL boot lid is genuine, the sat nav is genuine.

The wheels are genuine BBS, and the exhaust is Eisenmann.

Thats really nice. Pricey though for something thats almost 10 years old. I'd expect somewhere around 8.5k.

Looks like the dealer is using it.

should I be looking elsewhere than on the web for cars? or is it an accurate reflection of what's available?

I've seen that 328 in the flesh (after Ken sold it) and it's a head turner.

In fairness How in god's name is anyone supposed to know that from the original ad?

$hite photos, completely wrong description of the car, it's not even a 323Ci it's a 328Ci, 9/10 times the after market mods on a car with an ad of that quality would be spurious and cheap.

I stand over what I said about the car based purely on the ad!

Exactly, how could you tell the aftermarket parts dont "look OEM"?

That car is a fantastic one, bit pricey alright but if you went in with cash you could get a good few quid off.

Ken would only fit top quality parts to his own cars, a real BMW enthusiast!

Because genuine BMW Club sport splitters are as rare as hen's teeth, most non standard M sports packs are spurious after market kits, so I based my (well informed) opinion on the dodgy photo's and the crap ad.

If Ken was selling the car he wouldn't have put an ad like that up.

No definitely not, the add is sh!te in all fairness, doest show the quality of the car to its full potential.
