New Aikido Class

We've just added a Saturday morning Aikido class... :) starting this weekend Class time 10.15am to 11.30am at the new Defend U Ireland Training Studios in Clonshaugh. Anyone interested drop me and email at maeve[at]defendu.ie

What details do you need Mairt?

If you havent done any Aikido before, Sat am isn't a beginners class.... we'll be starting a new beginners course soon. I'll put up details when we confirm the day and time, will probably be Wed 7.30-8.30pm.
