usb external sound card???? I've started doing a bit of DJing at weddings using a laptop and it has been suggested that I may need an external soundcard in order to send the signal to the sound desk whilst being able to listen to the upcoming track. Can anyone please advise me on this :confused:

It would be preferable as it would help cut out normal laptop noise, though it isn't absolutely necessary. You can use a stereo minijack cable going to two mono 1/4" jacks or, depending on the PA, to two male XLR connectors.
