Hi I have had same music on my ipod for ages and basically wanted get some new tunes.

I have apple ipod 4gb.. I donwloaded music from my mates computer last year.

This time I download them from my computer which is a acer laptop.

Problem is that its telling me there problem is that I have another application riunning and that I cannot download music onto my ipod

Does anyone know why?
