Master in economics

    Has anybody done a masters in economics in UCC. I'm interested in doing it next year, just want to know how people got on with it.

    Have you looked at the different Masters available? I did the Masters in Economic Science and concentrated on International Business (the other option was Health!). Most of the modules were the same in the 2007 / 2008 Academic year but there was talk of a major over haul of the programmes on offer.

    The programmes are long and there is a lot of extra reading required to keep your head above water.

    In terms of jobs after you finish the Health option is probably more useful.
