iTunes and Adium

    Hey, hope someone knows how to do this! Apologies if it turns out to be a pretty simple problem to fix!

    I'm trying to get Adium to display my currently playing song as my status message, but it doesn't seem to be working when i select the "iTunes" option in the drop down list. Is there something else that i need to be doing?

    Thanks in advance if someone knows how to fix this!

    Yeah you need to enable that in the settings in the prefs pane as well.

    Go to Prefs, the account in question, edit, privacy and make sure the box is ticked.

    Thanks a million, but that option is only there for my gmail account. Is there any way to do the same for MSN?

    It is there for my msn. Is your account hotmail or msn? Maybe that makes a difference.

    Is it not there in your status message list? Mine is in between the available and away messages.

    It is, and even when I clicked on it, it didn't work. But then 440Hz helped me and showed me how to fix it for my gmail contacts but i'm still struggling to get it working for my hotmail account.

    It's there for my MSN as well (Hotmail account). Are you running the latest version? One came out just a week or so ago.
