If a vacancy happens to come up down the country is it possible for me be considered for that area? Also will term time vacancies be filled this summer? I'd imagine anyone working in welfare would…

Quick question, I sat an exam in for a clerical officer in Dublin & got a high enough placing. If a vacancy happens to come up down the country is it possible for me be considered for that area?

Also will term time vacancies be filled this summer? I'd imagine anyone working in welfare would have to be replaced regardless of what state the economy is in. As it is they're under serious pressure.
