    If you're sure it's an semi-integrated/internal one you need (and not integrated), then probably one of these:

    What's the frame?

    Are those not semi-intergrated ones Morgan?

    My understanding was that integrated headsets have no cups at all, the bearings just sit in the frame, whereas semi-intergrated have cups that drop into the frame?

    Yeah you're right
    Semi-integrated = internal

    Integrated = something else entirely

    To the OP - if there are cups pressed into the head tube you need an internal headset, if there are no cups then you need an integrated one (bearings only). The ones above are internal.

    Just picked up a semi integrated headset today for a Trek 1500 from CycleLogical at a keen price with expert advice thrown in for free.
    Worth checking with da local bike shop especially if ya work in Dublin.
