Should the banks be more helpful??

and open at hours to suit people ...ie 8am to 6pm...why the 10 until 4 opening hours as it is now ...you pop in on your lunch to be met with a queue a mile long and everyone watching the clock.
And yes i have heard of internet banking which i use and is great but you still need to visit the bank every now and then

TSB is open on Saturdays. Why don't you join them?

Well if the banks open from 8am - 6pm, people would have to work from about 6am and finish at 7pm, which requires more staff and raises your banking fees.

Opening on a saturday should be done.

Opening hours of 1pm-5:30pm would be funny. People rushing on the lunch hour and leaving work, oh the hilarity!
