Show last night (grow own drugs)

    Hi there was a show on BBC 2 last night about how to grow your own drugs at home about plants that are legal and so on that can give you a high and so on.

    What I am looking for is the guy told us of a mix of a plant and a herb I think that was a sure way to help you to sleep and I mis the recipe if anyone say the show and know the ingredients please let me know.
