Hi all, Im sorry if this question has been asked before- I did a search and couldnt find what I am looking for.

Im wondering if anyone knows of somewhere to get gait analysis done in the Munster region. I would really like to get the best runners for me before I start marathon training. If all comes to all I will try get to Amphiban King in Bray but it is a long journey just for runners.

    Any suggestions?

Below is from another post, haven't been there myself but may go soon :

"There is outfield sports in Carrick on Suir as well. I've not been there but it's advertised on run Ireland (I think it was I saw it) although they are not open Sundays.

I think they have a 20euro charge for doing it but if you buy runners there then the 20euro is taken off the price again you would be best to ring
then for more info and a booking

    hope it helps

John Dineen Dynamic Chiropractors (behind the Spar near Morris' Builders in Waterford City).
Haven't been there yet but I'm advised he's good.
There's also a place called Ability Matters in the Cleaboy Business Park in waterford too. Don't know if they do gait analysis but I know they have a qualified orthotist up there....

Sounds like something I said :)

There is also feet first ( http://www.feetfirst.ie/ ) who have shops in Kilarney
and Tralee.. I don't know if there is a cost but I think its the same idea as above.

They also do roadshows and gait analysis around the place.

I will be getting mine done this evening in my local gym by them and can post how I get on if you like.
