    heya!
i just got my first learner permit (B). as i understand it, i'll have to wait for 6 months before i can take a driving test in order to get a full licence. problem is, i'll be moving abroad in early summer so won't be around by the time those 6 months are over. i'm wondering if i could just apply for a second learner permit now in order to avoid the 6-months-rule. does anyone know if this would work or does anybody know if there's another way to get a full licence asap?
    thanks a lot

Unfortunately the 6 month rule is a statutory requirement, and cannot be avoided.
