Who do you think will be killed off this season? (Speculation only)

Okay, it may well turn out that no one dies this season. However, this being Lost, that would be highly unusual. A member of the regular cast has bit the dust every season, if for no other reason than to make space for new characters.

Note, I only included members of the regular cast in the above poll, i.e. actors with a full contract on the show. Characters such as Penny, Widmore, Rose, Bernard, etc are guest stars but feel free to speculate below anyway.

I couldn't include all of them on the poll so I left out the 5 least likely die. And yes, I know Locke has already died but, well, he's back already and I can't see them killing him again.

I think Sayid is the most likely. I thought he would go before he turned out to be 1 of the O6 but now that's done I don't think there is much for him to do. He has never been important in terms of the mythology of the show and there are no unexplored questions about him and his past that I can think of (other then what happened in the 24 hours before flight 316 but I assume that will be revealed in the next few episodes)

Also I think Juliet may be expendable for much the same reasons.

I'd definitely say Juliet. She's been useless with Jack out of the picture. I reckon we'll see more of her when Jack reunites with her but I think she'll be killed off at the end of the season.

I think Sayid will make it to the end. I'd be gutted if he didn't. He's been the moral compass on the island and sees through other people's lies. I think he should have been used more really. I wouldn't be surprised if he and that new girl have a few storylines together and I'd hope to see more interaction between him and Ben. Also, if a new technical thingamajig hits on the island you just know they'll need him to figure it out. :pac:

They better not kill off any more of the original crash survivors. I was pissed off enough when they killed Charlie(although there's been rumours of bringing him back for Season 6,Dominic said he had been in talks with the lost producers anyway). I wouldn't mind seeing them killing off Juliet and Miles this season and having Charlie and Claire back next season instead. The only non crash survivor characters I like are Desmond,Daniel,Ben and Frank.

i would agree tha julliet has become a nothing cahracter recently with jack gone. i was very sad to see charlie go and i would love to see a return (tbh i dont see how they can though). was anybody else sad to see eko go aswell. i taught he was a great character.

I never liked the julliet character and wouldn'd really care if they killed her off but there is nothing like killing off a vital character to have the impact your going for when killing people off.

I think this is a dodgy thread that will most likely lead to some reported posts by the end of the day. I heard rumours recently of a major character wanting out, and the revelation of who that is would be massive spoiler (and I know basquille/steveland? etc. wouldn't be happy campers if this news came to light).

I'll leave it open for now, but I'll review when the first "Waah waaaaahhhhh spoiler spoiler!!!" reported post comes in (and its only a matter of time before that happens)

I've heard about that rumour as well, Mr E, but it's nonsense. It's already been confirmed as a hoax. It pops up almost every season. The actor in question couldn't leave even if they wanted to.

But I agree if real death spoilers come to light that the thread should be closed.

I know that was only a rumour (which was refuted by the actor's publicist), but I do know that one other character really is going to die before the end of the season.
