TBH this only happens with my family, I can hold back all my rage against other people.

It happened with some friends in my teens but other than that I've controlled my rage.

My family do say I have anger issues though :0 I've never flipped out at a girl though despite all the anger I've remained calm and tried to be understanding no matter how p*ssed off I am at the time. I call that my walking time or going for a drive on my own time :P

Hmm. Whatever it was, dont allow them to see your anger. Its far more satifying for you to go around and ride their mother / sister. Tell them THAT by text if ya like. Dont get angry, get even and you get a rattle out of it 'an all.

Either that or log on, tell all of us what the problem is- more details this time. We shall laugh at you for a while, but you will eventually see the light with the help of your AHers informative and sympathatic replies.

'Self destruct' doesnt nessesarily mean the person 'destructs' their physical self, but a mental break is more likely.
