Its been a while now, couple of years at least.
i had stars tattooed on my forearm,
one of the stars to this day is raised up off the skin
was told by someone that its scar tissue from the artist going to deep
if i tap around the area it stings a little
what i want to know is
do i have any comeback against the studio? or
anyway to stop it being raised? like an oil or cream etc?

most people i know with tattoos have raised areas in them, i wouldn't worry about it too much, however, my second tattoo also used to get a bit stingy especially when pressure was on it, i went back to the place i got it done and they just said it was more than likely just from my jeans rubbing off it but when i went for a second opinion elsewhere i was told that it was badly scarred and thats whats causing the sting. it hasnt been sore in a long time and doesnt look any different and ive had it done 4 years!! :)
