I heard from from brother about 30mins ago to say his flight was delayed due to an incident that occurred while been taxied causing damage to the cockpit. If you check departures from DUB you will see flight 'AF5122' was delayed. There boarding onto another flight now headed for london city. No injuries to any passengers thank god.

What where the conditions like at the time, what would have caused this? negligence, lapse in concentration etc.
