    Okay, so i'm in the states for the meantime but will be back in ireland at the end of the year or early next year. i'm in love with my G1 but i'm wondering what network will i be able to use in ireland. will it be 3g?

    if it uses the 2100Mhz band then yes. else you will have to stick to the ordinary GSM ones :) i dunno there might be different versions of the G1 but the ones over here have the 2100 thing
