Allergy test - bloating

    Hey,

    I have this problem with stomach bloating its a real pain and im fairly sure its a because of some food allergy i have. I was wondering were i go for an allergy test should i got to a GP or health shop or something like that. Does anyone have any expereince in this that could help me out.

    Ps. Somewhere in Dublin city centre would be great

    Had something similar.

    lactose intollerance

    Dairy just started to cause me issues out of the blue - bloating, gas, headaches

    Give the no dairy thing a go for a week or so, it wont do you any harm , might just be the trick.

    OP ... If you are in pain go to your GP in the first instance.

    I would be slow to diagnose yourself as allergic to anything, you simply won't know for sure until you get expert advice.

    With all due respect to those working in health-food shops, I would look to my GP first.
