Hedge Windbreaker

    Just planted 600 ft of beech hedge over the weekend and Im looking at the wind blowing at the plants at the moment. Anyone got any idea where the best place to pick up allot of windbreaker, either online or instore ?

    I've planted loads of beech hedgin over the years and i've never had to use any sort of windbraker. I just made sure when i was planting that hedge was well and truly firm in the ground. Unless there very very tall i wouldn't be to concerned

    In very expose dsites some form of support/protection would be advisable. Windbreaker is very good, but pricey, a quicker and more cost effective solution might be to run wire strands on either side of staking and intermittent tying will be more than sufficient.
