Unfair dismissal ?

Hi , my sister was working with a merchandising company for the past year and a half. Now following the downturn, they have decided to terminate her contract. However a staff member who was employed later than her about 9 months ago, will now do perform my sisters job as well as her own. When she queried this , she was told that some of my sisters job was being outsourced and that this employees work was still there. Both jobs are quite similar and it would only have required minimal training for my sister to complete both jobs.
Has she grounds for unfair dismissal ?
