Hi all, Is there any planning restrictions for non-dublin people to buy sites in dublin South?? I have worked in Dublin for 8 years but looking to buy a site but I know there are restrictions for sites in Kildare, Meath and Wicklow. Thanks a lot!! :)

does his mean that a coillte that works in dublin for the past 8 years cannot build a once off house in dublin??

How can you find out if you are allowed, ringing the council??
