    Hi lads,

    I have a 2004 nissan kubistar van - same as renault kangoo. I went to open the van last week but the "plip" wasn't working so i presumed the battery was gone. I replaced the battery and it was fine until the next morning when i had the same problem. Dodgy battery i reckoned so i went to a different shop and got the battery replaced again. Key worked fine the rest of the day until the next morning when it wouldn't work. Anyone got any ideas on this?

    had the same probs with a renault laguna central lockin just packed in one day same symptoms as yours
