    Hi,

    I am doing a course at the moment and we're doing a module on Strategic Management. I've actually done a lot of this stuff before so know it pretty well. Anyway, I dont want to do the assessment on the company I work for, so if anyone needs a short, simple, FREE, strategic plan done for them, please PM me.

    The basic structure would be:
    Short company history & future goals/mission statement*
    PEST analysis (external environment)
    SWOT analysis (internal strengths etc)
    Competitor Analysis
    Future Goals/SMART analysis of aims.*

    *This would be the only basic information I would need from anyone who's interested.

    The plan will be between 1.5k to 2k words. It might serve as an advantage to any small or medium company. The main aim is for me to get good marks so it wont be shaped around the need of the company exactly, but it might be of some use to someone!
