just wondering does anyone have any suggestions on a club to join in south dublin as a student im 19.

Ideally would be great if it had a gym and practice range

I take it you're from the states or something...? There's no golf clubs I know that have a gym. There's a few golf & country clubs with hotels and gyms etc but these aren't in South Dublin. And membership of the golf club wouldn't get you the use of the gym anyway I don't think.

Anyway, you've a good few options I'd imagine. Most clubs do a student rate. You might struggle to get into the Grange, the Castle or Milltown unless you're very low but the likes of Woodbrook, South County, Old Conna should help you out.

    Try here...

If not listed here, ring them. Clubs are very open to doing deals at the moment.

Dun Laoghaire as far as facilities are probabaly the best in the country, certainly top 2-3 in my opinion and before I am attacked I am not a member !!

I dont think they are taking on any members at present but I know its huge money for full around 20k I think.

Old conna and Bray have very strond student representation, i know bray is 15k full membership, not sure on Junior !! and Old Conna is about the same.

Go visit these places and find out !!
