I did it and Passed !!!

got the pedestrian points correct and missed only 2 questions.

Failed miserably.

Didn't answer 3 questions and had NO idea how many t-shirts there were, but I DID spot the "unusual" thing.

Basically I was concentrating on the road, largely ignoring the voice (I'm married ) and not counting any t-shirts.

I think as far as the basic test idea goes I did rather well :D:D

Did it not load at all? Have you got flash installed?

It's just a test to see how good your observational skills are and how you can cope multi-tasking, i.e. listening to someone on the phone and acknowledging when they ask you a question.

got it working now missed one question and was off by one.

I tried to do it three times and each time it didn't register that I was pressing the space bar until the very end meaning I missed a load of questions.

I get a black screen, a voice says "Please turn up your volume" and then it stays black. Tried refreshing, but no use. Flash is installed. Any ideas?

Failed. Didn't bother to answer any questions, or even listen to the person on the phone, and missed the pedestrian count by one.

Good thing I am able to say "Sorry, can you say that again, I got distracted by the

giant frigging bunny waving at me

," and that I don't care whether there is one or thirty pedestrians crossing the road, or what they are wearing, I'll stop for them anyway.

I get the point of this, but it's kind of a given that if you set two conflicting tasks that use 4 different parts of the brain (visual/numerical/auditory/verbal) you are stacking the difficulty and making it pretty impossible to "pass". The message is good, but a little redundant when 'passing' the game (or whatever) would be 'failing' in reality.

You could set a similar test where you have control of the car (stop and go) and ask the person to answer questions about what was said on the phone while they were driving. It would be interesting to see if accuracy was higher when driving on the open road, and then drops when pedestrians are crossing and they need to stop the car and wait for the road to be clear. I suspect that would be closer to representing real life human behaviour.

But yeah, it makes you think...

I don't know if it's a co incidence but lots of us seem to be getting 8 wrong. And I did it and a friend did and we both got 8 wrong. Could it be that firefox doesn't recognise the space bar, because I didn't hear him repyling.

Am I the only 'spoilsport' who thinks this has nothing to do with being a good driver ?!Was all lined up ready to go-expecting the kid to dart out or something ...got to the first junction and a monster wave of people coming from two different directions appear.Trying to count them let alone multiply by different numbers depending on their t shirt colour is utterly mad!Probably more dangerous than passing a Playboy photoshoot ...didnt even begin to try ...Its a maths test !As for listening to yer wan and pressing the space bar ,like previous poster Im married ...stopped listening when she started going on about making the dinner/buying chips etc ...blah blah...
