    Airtightness - as a taped membrane contract - circa 5k.
    HRV - Kit cost 5.5k - 8.5k, installation cost circa 2k
    Stove - Stanley Erin with back boiler available for circa 2k
    Rads - Depends on what you want, and also quantities, nos of rooms etc....

    FWIW...

    For 2,600 sqf two story:

    HRV: €6,277
    ASHP: €12,850
    Alu Rads (x5, supply only) for first floor only:€1,590

    Not sure how the HRV would be scaled up to be sufficient for 3,300sqf or what the cost implication would be either.
