Hi All ,I added an anti virus program to my PC which subsequently blocked my modem connection, I have since removed said program & still cannot access the internet, I believe it's a firewall from the removed program(?)Can anyone help? Thanks

    Hi
If it was a Norton product I think you need the Norton removal tool, you need to post some more info, what was the program called? Did you change any setting on your PC?

Product key is only needed if you really want to reinstall. I'd advise not, there are much better free softwares.
Download it on another pc and save it to CD/DVD/USB key or external HD etc
