Picking up tv3 on ch 36 (591.25) in Carraroe Galway signal strength not too bad but looks a little noisy. Can anyone tell me where this is being transmitted from? Thanks

TV 3 does not broadcast on CH 36 anywhere in the country. Could be output from Sky digibox or VCR maybe? Or a deflector system?
