constant nagging sinus problems

ummmm I have these constant nagging stuffed up nose feeling, i use inhalers etc to relieve the symptoms but it is always there it seems. Its not so bad to drive me insane but its a bit irritating. I spoke with my gf in Germany who said her friend had some procedure done, he went to some specialist and bingo... fixed. so…

so can this problem be cured? if so, would it be like private hospital and big bucks or what?

No one here knows what's wrong with you. You need to see your doc for these kinds of things.
